Champagne wine factory “Novy Svet” was built by the founder of Russian winemaking, Prince Lev Golitsyn in 1878. Today, more than a million bottles of champagne of various varieties are produced, including elite brut. On the tour, you will visit the production, tunnels carved in the rock, and you can also taste the selected champagne for tasting and evaluate the skill of Crimean winemakers personally.
